Shop Policy

Payment Policy
I accept USD/NIS payments via PayPal only. You can pay with your credit card. You don’t have to have a PayPal account in order to pay with PayPal service.

Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped within 1-3 days after payment.
Items are shipped from Israel via standard registered international mail.
Tracking number is sent to you immediately upon shipment.
If you would like to upgrade your shipping to faster delivery options, please contact me for the relevant information.
Please allow between 11 to 21 business days for international shipping to arrive.
Any customs fees and taxes in the destination country, are the buyer’s responsibility.

Refund Policy
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact me within 5 working days of receiving your package. I will do my best to resolve any issue quickly.

I issue order refund with the following restrictions:
Items must be undamaged and in new condition.
The product must be returned in its original box.
The product should be sent back in registered mail and the tracking number should be sent to me.
Refund will be processed only after I receive the item.

Warranty
I deliver my value items (Watches, Purses, Bags ) with a warranty certificate for one year.

Please feel free to contact me if you need any personal customization, and I will be happy to work with you on your one of a kind item!
I design mainly for women but have done many items for man too!
